Sooner or later, you will quit your job. If you are a person like me, who gets bored by doing similar things, changes the interest frequently, doesn’t have the correct skill set your job requires, or does not get paid enough for what you are doing, you will quit. Here’s a simple job quitting formula I found 1. old job + old skill = old money explanation: If you are doing the same work daily and you have the same skill for this job, you will end up making the same money for years, or maybe a minor salary hike. And you will quit to get more money in a new job. 2. new job + old skill = new money + frustration explanation: - if you somehow changed your job and got a new salary, but this job needs a new skill set which you don't have or are unable to learn quickly.
